The Deutschlandstipendium für STEM is a financial academic support run by the German government which combines private and state funding to issue scholarships to selected students in Germany. Students are funded with EUR300 monthly stipend financed half by the German government and half by the private sector for the duration of their studies. This scholarship can be applied on top of the common German BAföG funding Simpey Foundation offers funding to students that qualify for the program and are focused on STEM subjects. The program is specifically focused on German students from low income families or those who come from families where no parent has a college degree. A basic requirement our program has is that the applicant is a German citizen and was born in Germany
